RUN Foundation Uganda in partnership with Galilee Health Institute, successfully hosted the 2nd Annual Business Leadership Symposium on Monday, November 3rd, 2025.
The symposium brought together business leaders, church leaders, and entrepreneurs for an afternoon of learning, reflection, and transformation under the theme “Empowering Leaders for Kingdom Impact in the Marketplace.”
Faith and Leadership in Action
This year’s symposium featured guest speakers from the USA — Pastor Ronnie Deal, Mike McOlvin, and Mark Moose — who delivered insightful sessions on integrity, leadership character, and biblical principles for success in the marketplace.
Their messages challenged participants to rethink how they lead and conduct business, emphasizing that the Bible remains a reliable foundation for moral and ethical decision-making in today’s fast-paced business world.
“If you want to influence people, walk with integrity,” shared Mark Moose. “Integrity lays the foundation that other people can use as they follow you.”
Real Conversations for Real Challenges
Participants engaged the speakers with practical questions on topics like dealing with unfaithful suppliers, starting and sustaining businesses, building trust, and scaling with integrity. These discussions sparked honest reflection and inspired renewed commitment to character-driven leadership.
Beyond the discussions, the symposium served as a networking and mentorship platform, connecting leaders who share a passion for bringing faith-based values into everyday business practice.
